Why are these shares limited?
We are very mindful of our syndicate sizes. If we just sell 1 & 2% shares our syndicates would become over crowded with owners and no-one wants to be lost in a crowd! We generally try and stick with between 10/20 owners per syndicate, which we feel gives a good balance. Therefore smaller shares are only possible when we can stay within these numbers.
Our aim, however, has always been to make ownership as accessible as possible and by offering the opportunity to purchase smaller shares in these two horses, both with leading UK trainers, we believe we are offering an excellent value package. Perfect for novices looking to try out ownership for the first time, or owners looking to add to their existing stable!

Do I have to be based in the UK to be an owner with Pompey Ventures?
Absolutely not! We completely understand the thrill of British racing and we are more than happy for overseas clients to join us! Our group chats mean that you will get all the updates, involvement and excitement no matter where you are in the world.
Can I buy a share in PV horse racing syndicates in a company name?
Definitely! We are happy to put the syndicate agreement in the name of a company. We think it makes perfect sense. What better way to reward your employees than with an owners badge for a day at the races to watch the company horse run? What a boost for staff morale...
Can I buy a share to 'share' with a mate?
Of course. Lots of our owners buy with friends. You can share a larger share, ie a leg or a half between a group of mates. You can even get naming rights if you get in quick! Imagine going to the races, with your mates, to watch your horse, that you named... Need we say more?
