At Pompey Ventures, we have a team of four main partners who are the driving force behind our day to day operations. They keep things running smoothly and they are the ones you will meet when you visit the stables, join us on a race day or chat in the PV community groups.
Owen Haly
Owen is the PV main man. He is responsible for all the behind the scenes work that keeps PV running smoothy. He is our 'people' person and the one you are most likely to see on track or at the stables. He has excellent relationships with all our trainers, does our race planning and collates all the updates and information you receive. Incredibly knowledgeable on all things horse and race related, if you have a question about your horse,

Zach Massingham
Zach is our financial director, affectionately known as 'The Bean Collector' by the Team.
Passionate about horses, racing and keeping the PV figures trim, he is the man to speak to about any money related questions.
He is also an avid dog racing fan, and runs the PV greyhound syndicates along side PL.

Ned Sangster
Ned is our PV man on the ground. He rides out in most of our southern stables and exercises several of our horses on a regular basis. This allows us to gain valuable insight into your horse's development and performance. He is also responsible for the excellent horse updates we pride ourselves on, giving you the opportunity to really get to know your horse. Ned is a vital link in the PV chain, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from his upbringing in the racing industry.

Dave is one of our experts & the PV secret weapon when it comes to purchasing! He is an invaluable asset, bringing a huge amount of knowledge and experience to the team and he personally oversees every purchase made by PV.
