Who We Are
Pompey Ventures is a dynamic, young team dedicated to providing smaller, more personal syndicate ownership opportunities in the exciting world of horse racing. Founded by passionate individuals, who together, bring a depth of knowledge and experience, we specialise in managing successful racehorse syndicates. Our aim is to offer an unmatched experience to our clients. Our mission is to make racehorse ownership more transparent, more approachable and more accessible for likeminded racing enthusiasts, and create a community as passionate about the racing industry as we are.
Where we came from
Our partners, from all walks of life, came together through a mutual love of horse racing. From the start it was clear, having all been racehorse owners previously, in various different formats, we wanted to offer affordable horse racing syndicates, with an emphasis on a more personal, more inclusive ownership experience. We are keen to encourage younger people, older people, people from all walks of life into racehorse ownership, having experienced firsthand the exhilaration a day at the races, as a racehorse owner, can bring. We wanted the chance to share that excitement and passion and so Pompey Ventures was born!
Between us, we each bring our own unique strengths and experiences, together making a very well rounded and complete whole, which has enabled Pompey Ventures to '"hit the ground running" with a hugely successful first year. We firmly believe honesty, integrity and transparency are key in providing our clients with the best racehorse ownership experience we can.

We are a small & personal syndicate, passionate about horse racing. Our mission is to make it possible for anyone who shares our passion to have the opportunity to become an owner, no matter what their age or budget. For us, nothing can beat the excitement of following your own horse's journey, right from the start, to cheering it home from the Owners Stand, hopefully first past the post. ​​That's the experience we want to share with our owners.

What we offer
Pompey Ventures offers shareholders the opportunity to experience the full racehorse ownership package. As a shareholder you will receive your purchased percentage of all prize money and resale value, the opportunity to have privately arranged stable visits, as well as that all important Owners Badge for all of your horses race days.

The PV Community
Once a share is purchased in one of our racehorses, you will be added to our private whatsapp group specific to your horse, as well as a community group with all shareholders that own other horses within Pompey Ventures. You will receive regular updates, photos and work videos, as well as personal updates from the trainers.
