We are a small family here at Pompey Ventures and we only ever use trainers that are personally known to us. This ensures that each horse we purchase is paired to the perfect trainer for them and also gives us the benefit of full and easy access to our racehorse trainers, so if you have any questions about your horse, we can always get an answer for you!

We are very fortunate to count some of the best flat racing trainers in the UK amongst the Pompey Ventures team. Each trainer has a proven track record of success, demonstrating their expertise and delivering consistent results. Together, they have produced numerous winners for the Pompey Ventures syndicate owners, such as Tuco Salamanca, Oliver Show & Profit Refused, to name but a few!

We’re also proud to welcome Willie Mullins, the British and Irish Champion Trainer, to the team as our National Hunt representative. A legend of the sport, Willie has won every major jumps race and recently added the Breeders’ Cup Turf to his incredible record — the perfect partner as Pompey Ventures expands into jumps racing.​​

After being asked time and time again over the past two years to add a jumps horse to our syndicate stable, we decided that if we were going to do it — we were going to do it properly! The result? A dream project that was first hatched when Patrick Mullins rode a winner for us at Chester, and has now become an exciting reality!
